LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District is conducting cleanup activities at C.J. Brown Dam and Reservoir in Springfield, Ohio, in response to the severe storms, which impacted the local area June 8, 2022.
These activities will impact recreation public access to the following areas:
-Prairie View, Lake View and Meadow View recreation areas
-Part of the Buck Creek trail where it crosses Buck Creek below C.J. Brown Dam
-Lakeview Drive, which runs through these areas leading to the USACE C.J. Brown Lake Office
In the interest of public safety, these areas will be temporarily closed until further notice while cleanup work is conducted.
