A crane lifts another crane over existing construction to continue exterior finishing work on the new outpatient clinic at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center in Canandaigua, New York. The site has to keep accessibility for patients to continue using the other buildings on campus, the crane is being lifted over a temporary tunnel connecting buildings on site. All buildings on site are connected by aboveground tunnels so patients can move around easily without being exposed to hard weather conditions in upstate New York.
