Brian Phelps, Civil Engineer, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District, deployed to Morocco, Africa as a mentor with Engineers without Borders to help construct a footbridge so the Ait Bayoud community could still access their schools and health clinics during the rainy season.
