Rough River Lake honored for 50 years of cooperation with National Weather Service

Mike Crow, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), presented Rough River Lake, Falls of Rough, Ky., with the U.S. Department of Commerce NOAA Honored Institution Award in recognition of 50 years of Weather Observations in cooperation with the National Weather Service. Maintenance Leader Layman Lucas received the award on behalf of the Rough River Lake project staff.
