Fort Campbell is one of the largest installations in the world. Established as a permanent installation in 1950, Fort Campbell is situated between Hopkinsville, Ky., and Clarksville, Tenn., and is home of the famous 101st Airborne Division.

Strategically located on the Tennessee/Kentucky state line, the 106,700 acre installation possesses a unique capability to deploy mission-ready contingency forces by air, rail, highway, and inland waterway.

The Military Branch has a high level of involvement with the facility constructing new barracks and assault training courses amongst other projects.
