David Kiefer, PE, Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District, (holding plaque) was recognized as an Agency Winner on Feb. 23 at the National Society of Professional Engineers Federal Engineer of the Year Awards Ceremony in Washington, D.C. Kiefer was also a guest presenter as part of the Headquarters USACE National Engineers Week Lunch and Learn event on Feb. 22. Kiefer presented on the technical achievements of the Olmsted Locks and Dam project. He was accompanied by Stephen Durrett, SES, Lakes and Rivers Division.
