The 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is a 670,000 sq. foot, complex that houses 1,800 military and civilian personnel.
Since the early 1900's Wright-Patterson Air Force base is where the weapons systems of the future are conceived, tested and modified until they are of acceptable level as part of the most impressive force in the history of military aviation.
The highly specialized workforce of approximately 27,000 military, civilian and contractor employees provide vital support to the Air Force. The bases missions range from logistics management, research and development, flight operations, and many other defense related activities, making it the foremost aeronautical research and development center in the Air Force.
The Military branch is currently engaged in activities involving NASIC, (National Air & Space Intelligence Center).
