Trails at Green River Lake

Along with the great camping, boating, fishing, hunting and picnicking opportunities found around Green River Lake, there are also almost 50 miles of trails meandering around the lake that afford some of the most scenic views in the region. From crossing lush valleys to taking in gorgeous overlooks, visitors are sure to find a trail that meets their abilities and gives a sense of hiking adventure. A variety of multi-use trails; to include, hiking, biking, and horse backriding are available at the Green River Lake State Park as well as the Holmes Bend Recreation Area. In addition some hiking only trails are located near the Dam/Visitor Center area as well at the Green River Lake State Park. So why not spend a little time exploring the hills and hollows doting the land around Green River Lake?
