Water quality coverage on the lower Ohio River for dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature, and specific conductance. Data are collected on a continual basis from April through October. Data are used to measure ambient conditions, monitor effects of drought, and determine impacts of hydropower operation and other activities. |

Sediments |
Sediment samples are collected for chemical and grain size analysis at various locations along the Ohio River in support of dredging and permit activities, and others as needed. |
