Water quality coverage on the lower Ohio River for dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature, and specific conductance. Data are collected on a continual basis from April through October. Data are used to measure ambient conditions, monitor effects of drought, and determine impacts of hydropower operation and other activities.

Sediments

Sediment samples are collected for chemical and grain size analysis at various locations along the Ohio River in support of dredging and permit activities, and others as needed.
